Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl add the meat and the cheese
Mix the oil with lemon juice, vinegar, pomegranate molasses and sumac
Add to vegetables
Scatter toasted pita bread pieces on top
If you don’t have cajun spices available ready-made, you can make you own by mixing paprika, cayenne pepper,
garlic clove , black pepper, basil, tarragon and thyme leaves.
