Hot Shrimp


  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves- chopped
  • 1 small red chilli- chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 20 medium sized shrimps- cleaned
  • 1 tablespoon parsley- chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges- optional


  • In a large pan, heat olive oil and add garlic, chilli and lemon zest and sauté till garlic slightly turns brown
  • Add shrimps and cook till they are pink in colour
  • Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges
