Hot Shrimp
Ingredients
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves- chopped
- 1 small red chilli- chopped
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 20 medium sized shrimps- cleaned
- 1 tablespoon parsley- chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges- optional
Method
- In a large pan, heat olive oil and add garlic, chilli and lemon zest and sauté till garlic slightly turns brown
- Add shrimps and cook till they are pink in colour
- Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges
