½ kg lean kafta grilled and made into flat 2 cm thick pieces
2 small potatoes cut into 2 cm slices and grilled
½ kg ripe tomato- cut into 2 cm slices
Pepper to taste
2 T pomegranate molasses
¼ cup water
Method
In a shallow pot layer the kafta pieces, then the potatoe pieces then the tomatoes and add water mixed with pomegranate and leave to boil Once at boiling simmer for about 2 minutes
