Olive Bruschetta


  • 100 g black olives- pitted and chopped
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil
  • ½ red pepper-chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Brown baguette- half a loaf
  • 60 g goat cheese
  • 1 garlic clove


  • Blend olives, capers, basil, red pepper and balsamic vinegar till a smooth paste consistency is reached
  • Meanwhile, toast the bread in an oven till golden brown and then brush with olive oil and garlic clove Spread the bread with goat cheese and then layer the tapenade mixture
