There are two types of information that we may collect and process when you visit this Website:

The personal information that you submit, such as on the appointment request form, is shared only with such individuals in ICLDC, its affiliates and authorized third-parties on a need to know basis in order to respond to your queries or request.
Information that you send to us via the online forms on our Website may be shared with a patient experience representative, medical expert or caregiver that is most able to address your inquiry. We make every effort to respond in a timely fashion once communications are received. Once we have responded to your communication, it is discarded or archived, depending on the nature of the inquiry.

- Technical information: Including the Internet Protocol address used to connect your computer to the internet, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
- Information about your visit: Including clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), information you viewed, search terms, page response times, download errors and length of visits.
Collection of information from minors
Except as otherwise indicated, we do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information from children under 18 (Gregorian) years of age. The content of our Website is directed at adults. If you are under the age of 18, please consult a parent or guardian for help in using this website.

Users are encouraged to contribute comments that are respectful and for further discussion on our social media channels, but shall avoid making comments that might be considered confrontational, offensive, discriminatory, profane, off-topic, spam (i.e. unsolicited promotion of a third-party business)and fake.
ICLDC reserves the right to remove comments or content on our social media channels that fit into any one of the above categories, or for any other reason, to preserve the integrity of its social media channels. We may block further posting on our social media channels by any individual who violates this Policy and the applicable laws and regulations and reserve our right to take necessary legal action against such individual.
