Robert Adam Griffiths is the Director of Clinical Operations for Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC). In this capacity, he oversees the operational and clinical performance at ICLDC, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of healthcare, and access to the latest innovative diabetes technologies.
With over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a clinical background in emergency nursing, Adam brings considerable knowledge and expertise in all facets of operational management.
Prior to joining ICLDC, Adam was the Head of Site Management at Wrexham Maelor Hospital in Wales, United Kingdom, where he oversaw the clinical hospital site and contributed to the corporate planning and performance management for the larger health economy. He also provided leadership and direction with a focus on improved patient care, experience, achievement of national service standards, and increased efficiencies.
Adam earned his Registered General Nursing (RGN) credential from Bangor University in Wales, United Kingdom, and has completed several training courses including the Root Cause Analysis and IQT Bronze training in 2019.
