Healthy Lifestyle Workshops

We offer interactive healthy lifestyle workshops for schools, universities and organisations.

Healthy Lifestyle Workshops (1)

To help drive efforts towards a healthier UAE, the Public Health team at ICLDC offers the following interactive workshops in English and Arabic to schools, universities and organisations.

Workshops offered include information on:

  • Healthy lunchboxes
  • Diabetes
  • Healthy weight
  • Counting and controlling calories
  • Other health related topics (on demand)

We also conduct mini-screening sessions for organisations which include:

  • Height and weight
  • Blood pressure
  • HbA1c non-invasive blood test (used as a diagnostic test for diabetes)
  • Diabetes risk assessment questionnaire
