At Imperial college London Diabetes Centre, our expert cardiologists offer cardiology consultations for both diabetic and non diabetic patients. We also offer state of the art non-invasive cardiac imaging performed by highly qualified and internationally accredited sonographers.
Additionally our experts also perform cardiac testing which is used to:
- identify various forms of heart disease as a reason for a person's symptoms
- to establish the risk of developing future heart disease such as a heart attack
- to decide on the need for additional medical therapies and procedures
The tests that we perform include:
- Echocardiograms
- Stress echo
- Stress tests
- Tilt table test
- 24 hrs ECG (Electrocardiogram), 24 hrs BP (Blood pressure) and ABI (Ankle Brachial Index)
