Who will do your dialysis at home?

We will endeavor to make sure that you are fully informed and involved in all decisions related to your care and treatment.
- A dialysis nurse will deliver haemodialysis to your home as prescribed by your primary physician and will monitor and observe you during the duration of treatment.
- The nephrologist is expected to have a weekly consultation and a comprehensive review monthly.
- A multi-disciplinary team meeting between the nephrologist, dialysis nurse, dietician, and pharmacy will be conducted at least a week after monthly laboratory tests to ensure optimal outcomes.
