Biography
Dr. Eman Al Marar has 12 years of experience in Family Medicine.
Dr. Al Marar earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Obstetrics from the National University of Ireland, Dublin, in 2010. Subsequently, she successfully completed the Family Medicine Residency Program at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi, in 2015. Further to that, Dr. Al Marar's expertise is certified by the Arab Board of Health Specializations in Family Medicine, reflecting her commitment to delivering the highest standards of comprehensive healthcare.
Dr. Al Marar attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Diabetes from St George's University of London, UK, in 2020. Later, she earned a Master of Science in Leadership and Innovation in Healthcare from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, University of Medicine and Health Sciences, in 2022.
Furthermore, Dr. Al Marar actively contributed to various research and quality improvement projects in her prior professional roles. Her engagement extended to serving as a member of the Clinical Guidelines Committee at Ambulatory Healthcare Services - SEHA and an Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support instructor in her previous organization. Dr. Al Marar's affinity for Family Medicine is evident in her collaboration with dedicated colleagues to publish a comprehensive book in the field, titled 'OSCE First Aid.' Beyond aiding junior physicians in passing their Arab Board exam, the book has earned recognition on the international stage, being published on Springer's international platform, making it a valuable resource for the specialty itself.
